A very warm welcome to our Early Years Foundation Stage Unit

Seedlings and Saplings

Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome to Autumn Term Two, we hope you have all had a lovely break and the children are ready for another exciting term. Our topic this half term is "What does light mean to you?" within this topic we will look at a range of celebrations such as Diwali, Bonfire Night and Christmas. The Seedlings will be looking at the story of "The Tree That Is Meant to Be" by Yuval Zommer. The Saplings will be looking at the story of "Stick Man" by Julia Donaldson.

For the latest Covid 19 guidance and advice please refer to the documentation available on the school news section.

For more detailed information please see the class newsletters below.

To ensure we are complying with all advice to ensure the safety of the children and staff we will continue to ensure that the unit is well ventilated by opening windows and, as always, providing outdoor play, whatever the weather? With this in mind, please ensure your child wears suitable, warm clothing and a water proof coat.
